PRover lets you connect your Gmail or Google Workspace account so that pitches you write in PRover are sent from your own email address.

What we access. When you connect a Gmail account, PRover asks Google for only two things: permission to send email on your behalf, and your basic profile information (your name and email address) so we can show you which account is connected. PRover cannot read your inbox, your drafts, your contacts, or any existing message — we deliberately do not request those permissions.

What we store. For each message you send through the integration, PRover keeps a record so your outreach history appears in your CRM: your own sending address, the recipient, the subject line, the message you composed in PRover, the number of attachments (but never the attachment files themselves), whether the message was a new email or a reply, and the time it was sent. We also keep a technical identifier for each message so that any follow-ups can be placed in the same conversation. PRover does not track whether a message was delivered, bounced, or opened — a record simply means the message was handed to Gmail to send. We never see or store your email password; connecting your account happens on Google's own sign-in page, not ours.

What we never do. We do not use your Google user data for advertising. We do not sell it. We do not use it to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. No one at PRover reads it except with your explicit permission (for example, when you ask us for support), when necessary for security, or where the law requires it.

Limited Use disclosure. PRover's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting. You can disconnect your email account at any time from PRover's settings, or revoke PRover's access directly in your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting stops all sending immediately.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery), subject to confidentiality obligations.
